We usually reply within one working day.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days and costs $6, free on orders over $120. Express (1–2 working days) is $14. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
Returns
You can return unworn items within 30 days for a full refund. Skincare can be returned unopened. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of the return arriving.
Sizing
Our fashion runs true to size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit. Free exchanges are available within 30 days.
Gift wrapping
Every order can be gift wrapped in recycled paper with a handwritten note, free of charge. Add your message at checkout.
Payment
Luma & Co. accepts major cards and Apple Pay. In this demo, checkout is simulated and no payment is ever taken.
Product care
Every product page lists materials and care. All skincare is vegan and cruelty-free. Cashmere and silk should be hand-washed cold.
